Welcome to AEF’s New Website
AEF’s role has been changing rapidly over the last few months and we’ve decided to revamp our look to match our new direction.
For years, AEF has been a stalwart supporter of what we call “passion programs,” (like I-Can-Read and Adopt-A-Classroom). Now we’re also becoming a vital force for change at both the district and state level. But we felt we needed a new “look” to reflect our changing mission and voice, as well as a new structure to help us educate the community about what’s happening in Alameda’s schools.
It’s all new. Some of it is even experimental! Let us know what you think – and visit often to keep up to date on breaking news (yes, we’ll have video and photos!), exciting events, and lots of information about the foundation, the district, and the education world as a whole.
