Come Volunteer With Us!
Want to help AEF support the kids of AUSD? If so, we’ve got some important jobs to be filled by volunteers, including:
-Bookkeeper: We’re looking for someone who can enter data into Quickbooks on-line, print checks, and pick up and drop off documents to be processed. 1-2 hours per week, most–but not all–of it can be done from home.
-Photographer: Help us document AEF and AUSD events, so that we can have (high-quality) photographs available for our website, enewsletters, printed materials, and annual report. 2-3 hours per month.
-Videographer: We’d love to find someone who could take (and edit) footage of our events, of local schoolchildren, and of our supporters. 2-3 hours per month.
-Teacher Supply Store coordinator: Collect and organize donations from the community; staff the Teacher Supply Store when it’s open. 3 hours per week.
-Volunteer coordinator: Are you a super organized person who enjoys keeping track of who’s doing what, when, and why? We’ve got dozens of people who want to help us, but no time to organize them! 5-8 hours per month.
