I had a young lady doubt that she could help any team after playing for the first time last year. I talked her into trying out and she didn’t expect to make the A team but earned the opportunity. The lesson I highlighted was to never sell yourself short of opportunity because of self doubt. You can never make a shot that you don’t shoot.
