College Visit Inspires Students

Encinal High School College and Career counselor Lee Kaplan organized a field trip to UC Davis for over 40 students to inspire them to consider applying for higher education. She wrote:

“On behalf of Encinal High School, we wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks for your support on our most recent visit to UC Davis. Over 40 students were able to tour the campus, visit the bookstore, view an admissions presentation and eat in one of the student dining halls. Despite some drizzly weather conditions, we all had a wonderful time and the students got a great overview of life on campus! We are especially grateful for the opportunity to have lunch together in the dining hall thanks to the generous donation from AEF. Thank you cards are in the mail!
