Are you interested in becoming a Volunteer Camp Youth Leader?
AEF is looking for Volunteer Youth Leaders for our Sports Summer Camp and Enrichment Summer Camp programs. The application process is currently open to all students 14-17 yrs old. Please note, Sports Summer Camp volunteers must be 16-17 yrs old. This is a good opportunity to earn volunteer hours while working with camp instructors and children over the summer.
You will gain:
- Gain leadership skills, demonstrated responsibility and teamwork experience as a camp leader working with young students.
- Experience a real-world job application and interview process in a safe environment.
- Add community service hours for graduation requirements.
AEF strives to match the leader’s areas of interest with related camps if they are available. The 2-week commitment for the Enrichment camp and 1-week commitment for the Sports camp can fit around family vacations and summer jobs. Many of our leaders enjoyed AEF Summer camp as children and want to support the program.
