Summer Beats is a series of summer concerts sponsored by South Shore Shopping Center and held on the stage near the fountain near Trabocco restaurant. These events are a fun way to help AEF raise money for low income students via beverage sales. Funds go to our School Supplies program for kids in need to start the school year in style with backpacks full of supplies to support their academic success. The concert season kicked off with the popular local Beatles tribute band - the Sun Kings - on July 4th from 3 - 5 PM for the 4th of July Family Festival.
The following Saturday Summer Beats 2026 concert dates are:
- July 4th (3 - 5 PM) for the 4th of July Family Festival featuring the Sun Kings
- July11 (2 - 4 PM) featuring the band Pure Ecstasy mixing Motown, R&B, Soul and top 40 hits.
- July 18 (2 - 4 PM) featuring Take2 dance band.
- July 25 (2 - 4 PM) featuring Best Intentions with Motown classics, Old School, and R&B sound from the 60’s. 70’s, 80’s on up.
