The Alameda Education Foundation offers hundreds of after school classes in the arts, athletics, languages, technology, science and more to students in grades K - 8. Our Summer Camps serve K - 8 students with a variety of quality programs. All classes and camps have small class sizes and are taught by professionals in their fields. Our Summer Camps include an internship program for students ages 14 - 17.

Scholarships for Enrichment and Summer Camp programs are available as follows:

- Scholarships are available to qualified AUSD or Alameda public charter school students.
- Student/family is enrolled in a food assistance program – 90%
- Student/family qualifies for assistance under the McKinney-Vento Act, Alameda Point Collaborative, or similar program or is experiencing particular hardship – 100%;
- For parents or guardians requesting assistance but who are not covered under the above conditions, please contact AEF at Enrichment@AlamedaEducation.org.

Upon completion of the application form you must scan/email proof that your student is enrolled in a food assistance program. The scholarship will not be approved until proof is received. You MUST send within 48 hours of completing this form. We will not follow up and ask for the proof. It is your responsibility to get this to us. Scan and email it to Enrichment@AlamedaEducation.org.
Scholarships for STEM related After School classes and Summer Camps are available based on the requirements listed above. These are made possible through our Power Up for Learning program, a collaboration between Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) and AEF.
