Overview
Alameda is known for its excellent schools and the Alameda Education Foundation (AEF) is a major reason why. Since 1982, AEF has supported Alameda public schools by engaging the community, raising funds and coordinating programs to support and enhance the quality of K-12 public education in Alameda.
Your contribution enables AEF to manage and support a variety of programs including music, drama, sports, foreign languages, science, technology, counseling and much more. We believe every child in Alameda has a right to quality educational opportunities and that thriving schools are essential for a strong community and a promising future.
