Message from the AEF President

bill-sonnemanDear Friend,

On behalf of the Alameda Education Foundation staff and the entire Board, we wish you Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.

We are very proud of our accomplishments at the AEF that have benefited so many of our students and teachers in Alameda public schools.  School supplies for students in need, after school enrichment classes, middle school sports and 160 classroom adoptions are only part of how we have positively impacted the educational environment in the Alameda schools this year.

Supporting Student Success – November 2016

bill-yosemiteDear Friend,

Message from the AEF President

Happy November! November is my favorite month of the year because of Thanksgiving. I personally have so much to be thankful. My wife Lois and I have been married 47 years and have lived in our wonderful city the entire time. Our three daughters graduated from Encinal High School and went on to get college degrees. Now we have 6 grandchildren and the 4 that are school age attend public schools.

Message from the AEF President
